We Gave the Sift Science Console a New Look!
At Sift Science, we’re all about delivering the most intuitive, elegant, and easy-to-use tools possible to help your business stop fraud. To help you and your team become even more efficient in your fight against fraud, we’ve updated the Sift Science console!
Don’t worry. While we’ve redesigned the way the Sift Science console looks, you still have all the same features and functionalities available to protect your business from fraudsters.
So what’s changed?
- Console Navigation
- This is the main change that we’ve made to the Sift Science console, and you’ll notice that it’s sleeker and better utilizes the space in your window. Now it’s easier for your team to navigate and find information during manual reviews!
- Updates to Search
- Now you can search for Order ID in the search bar to pull up a relevant user (in addition to searching by User ID). Just remember that you’ll need to use the exact string of the User or Order ID when using the search functionality.
