The Fraud Economy continues to grow in size and scope, and its impact is felt ubiquitously across nearly every industry.

In our Spring 2021 Release, we’re excited to launch new components that continue to increase the sophistication and automation our customers rely on to provide seamless and speedy service to their customers—all while maintaining the trust they’ve worked so tirelessly to build.

Automatic chargeback representment

Chargebacks should be simple and painless—not the headache-inducing hassle they are today. Sift is continuing to automate this process with the addition of four new connectors directly into leading chargeback representment service providers. Sift customers can automate this process quickly by downloading the connectors right from the console, eliminating the need for copying, pasting, and providing context to the representment vendor. (available in May)

Forecast workflow efficacy with knowledge from the past

Automation is the lifeblood of high-functioning trust and safety teams, but determining the total impact of any new workflow can be tricky.

For initial release, Sift is providing invaluable insights into the automation processes to help optimize the performance of a workflow, and router performance.

Later this year, Sift is taking the mystery out of workflow efficacy with Workflows Replay, allowing customers to forecast the performance of new workflows by analyzing aggregated historical data and applying the workflows retroactively. This allows Sift customers to quickly reveal the likely impact of new logic, without requiring interference with live workflows. (coming this Spring)

Extract data automatically to your data warehouse

Best-in-class companies use data to their advantage across business disciplines. Sift makes getting access to that data a breeze with connectors into leading data warehouses, BigQuery and Redshift.

Customers simply need to download the applicable connector from inside the Sift console and get started exporting Sift data directly into their warehouse. (currently in beta testing)

Ensure trustworthy logins with simple security notification configuration

Building trust is complicated—and it’s even harder to maintain. Sift secures each and every login, and now allows customers to configure security notifications directly from the Sift Console, ensuring user trust by notifying them of any suspicious login activity, and proving that your business is committed to keeping their account safe. (available in May)
