Technology gives us power that our brains just can’t muster. We need it for speed, scale, accuracy, and context.
In the Fall 2020 Release, we’re launching exciting new components that continue to increase the power our customers have in their fight against the different types of fraud they face every day. These new components make it easier to send data to Sift, detect more fraud, and learn more from the data sent.
A gallery of connections for simple integration
Sending and receiving data can be arduous and laborious. Sift is pleased to announce the release of the Sift Connect App Gallery. This gallery of connectors gives organizations the ability to access all available one-click and low code integrations directly from the Sift Console, allowing data to be sent and received with ease.
When accessed, Sift users will see new integrations with numerous payment service providers (PSPs), automating chargeback ingestion into Sift’s machine learning (ML), providing better accuracy and data visualization capabilities.
Improved data interaction and results (in beta)
Organizations can dig deeper into their data in order to get a complete picture and understanding of their fraud prevention operations with new reporting features which allow them to drill down into data at a case level. Reporting can additionally be segmented and filtered by geography (geo), company, or other criteria.
These new views are available with historical data as well as live views. If more granular analysis is needed, data can be extracted via CSV.
Additional context makes fraud prevention more effective (coming soon)
Spam and scams are a complex problem. Text Clustering from Sift reduces the complexity of fighting, evaluating, and moderating content by highlighting similarities between pieces of content. This enables moderators to make bulk decisions on content, increasing the accuracy of Sift’s machine-learning algorithms, and eliminating fraudulent content more efficiently.
For ticketing and booking organizations, new booking information cards will offer analysts additional information specifically designed for their use case.
Administrative functionality makes the difference (coming soon)
For Sift admins, the new global console allows them to toggle between locations and geos with a simple dropdown menu for simple management of multiple deployments of Sift.
