Spring 2020 Release: A Connected Ecosystem

By Jim Payne  /

10 Mar 2020

Increasing levels and instances of fraud have significantly intensified the level of effort required to fight fraudsters, while still providing a seamless and quality experience for trustworthy users. A massive part of that effort is piecing together an ecosystem of fraud prevention that’s up to the task.

In the Spring 2020 Release, we’re launching some critical components of a fraud-fighting operation to ensure a fully integrated system of solutions that communicates and shares information, simplifying the implementation of multiple tools, and ensuring good continuity.

Ensure Great Customer Experiences With Insult Monitor

Making sure trusted users get through the buying process quickly and have a seamless experience is equally as important as stopping fraud. Historically, a company’s customer insult rate has been a massive unknown for fraud teams and we are thrilled to be putting that ambiguity to an end for Sift customers.

For the first time, your customer insult rate is now an easily measurable and actionable metric. Insult Monitor allows customers to accept more orders while continuing to block risky events, and look back on those metrics to make changes to workflows, keeping customer insult and false positives at a minimum.

Integrate Your Apps With Sift Connect

Integrate the applications you use every day with Sift, allowing them to share valuable information to help you fight fraud more effectively, and with a minimal level of effort from your engineering and development teams.

These one-click and low-code integrations create powerful workflows and data ingestion between solutions and allow customers to add valuable fraud-fighting solutions to their platforms quickly and simply.

Create Custom Integrations With Open APIs

For companies with complex ecosystems and homegrown applications, integrating with Sift is getting a whole lot easier. We are granting access to Sift’s Open API library from the Sift Console, allowing customers and developers to quickly create the integrations they need.

PSP integrations are currently in beta. Stay tuned for additional use cases in the coming months.

Extend Your Reach With the Sift Partner Program

Sift’s new Partner Program is a high-value partnership program, allowing best-in-class providers with natural parity to integrate and improve service to mutual customers.

With the Sift Partner Program, customers of both Sift and Sift’s partners can transact simply and quickly with other leading companies from different disciplines. Partners include E-commerce Platform Providers, Payment Service Providers, Systems Integrators, and Solution Partners.

Participation in the program extends impact and reach of both Sift and involved partners, and ensures placement of applicable connectors inside Sift Connect.
