Last week, we unveiled the Sift Science Digital Trust Platform, a holistic way for online businesses to maximize their revenue while protecting themselves and their users from abuse. As part of this launch, we wanted to celebrate those who inspired and contributed to our journey as a digital trust company: our customers.
During the day, we hosted our first-ever customer-focused Trust Summit at Sift Science’s San Francisco office, attended by dozens of professionals focused on preventing fraud and building trust. The goal? Providing an opportunity to learn from peers and other industry experts. The event began with Sift Science CEO Jason Tan giving an overview of his vision for the product and company, followed by an introduction to the Sift Science Digital Trust Platform.

After a lively and interactive customer panel, Brett Johnson – a former FBI most-wanted hacker who was featured on two episodes of our podcast, Trust & Safety in Numbers – took the stage to talk about emerging cybersecurity threats. Brett’s engaging and colorful storytelling style kept the audience engaged, prompting a number of followup questions about ATO and advanced fraud tactics.

Finally, Grace Yau of the Sift Science Account Management team gave attendees a peek into what’s next with our products and technology.

After a day filled with great content and conversations, we headed over to Mezzanine SF for a relaxed celebration with hundreds of our customers, prospects, and friends.

Trust us, it was a party to remember.
