New Console Updates: Activities Calendar and Export to CSV

Today, we’re launching two new exciting improvements to the Sift Science console!
Export Sift Science data to CSV
We’ve designed the Sift Science console to include all of the tools, data, and visualizations you need to determine whether someone is fraudulent (or not). However, we know some teams want to extract data from the console to use elsewhere – and now you can!
With our new CSV Exporter, you can now export any of your Sift Science Lists with the click of a button. Yep, we know people say that all the time, but this time it really is that easy. (P.S. You’ll need to allow pop-ups for this to work)
So, what can you do with your exported Lists? Here are a couple of ideas:
- Do some deeper analysis
- If you want to roll up your sleeves and dig into the data, your team can perform your own analysis on Sift Science data – whether it’s tracking Sift Score distributions or uncovering fraudulent patterns.
- Manage reporting
- Need to tackle reporting for your team? CSV data will allow you to cross-reference information with your internal systems or find whatever data that your fraud team requires.
Following our recently revamped Activity Log, we’re introducing a tool that allows you to easily navigate through a user’s timeline. With the Activity Calendar, you can click on a date to jump to that part of the timeline, or just hover over a date to see key events and alerts.
We hope that these new tools in Sift Science make it even easier for you and your team to stop fraud. If you have any feedback or questions, feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com.
