At Sift Science, we’re constantly looking for new ways to use data and make it easier for our users to stop fraud. From constantly improving the accuracy of our machine-learning models to introducing new tools in our fraud console, our team is dedicated to help your business. That’s why we’re excited to announce two new additions to the Sift Science console – List Analytics and Action Analytics – which will boost the power and data-driven accuracy of your fraud-fighting toolkit.
What is List Analytics?
List Analytics provides extra insights into each of your Lists, including average Sift Score, labeling breakdowns, and Sift Score distributions.
Check out List Analytics below:
How can List Analytics help me work smarter?
- Investigate Patterns. Whenever you’re creating or editing a list, List Analytics will automatically update so you can immediately visualize those users and orders.
- Hone your workflow. You can also use List Analytics to help manage and improve your team’s fraud review process. Keep track of how your team labels users and how your labels are distributed across Sift Scores so you know what’s working, and what may need to be adjusted.
What are Action Analytics?
If you’ve already set up Formulas and Actions in Sift Science, Action Analytics lets you see which of your Actions have been triggered and when.
If you haven’t set up Formulas and Actions yet, learn more about them in this blog post. Formulas and Actions let you use Sift Science’s advanced machine-learning platform to automate your business’ decisions.
We hope that these new additions help you make more informed decisions quickly and easily. With List Analytics and Action Analytics, we’re giving your team more insight so that you can stop fraud even more efficiently and accurately than ever.
